Our Renegade Range of beers are dry hopped, something of a departure from the core ethos of the brewery.
Our Riasc Range highlights our location by including seasonal botanicals from the garden into these beers that are each only brewed once a year and packaged in 750ml swing top bottles.
Our Collectors Editions Range are short run and one off beers, Regularly aged in whiskey barrels from the Dingle Distillery.
Béal Bán is a Golden ale with rich caramel malty flavour balanced with English and American hops to give mild spice and citrus notes and a full mouth feel. 5%ABV.
The name Béal Bán comes from a local beach and means White Mouth.
Cúl Dorcha is a dark ale with a deep maltiness that includes hints of dark choclate. Hopped with English hops for an easy drinking beer with a slight hop spice note to finish. 5%ABV

Carraig Dhubh is a rich luxurious porter brewed with bags of chocolate malt. This bold heavy porter is laden with coffee and chocolate tones. 6%ABV
The name Carraig Dhubh comes from a large rock off the heads of the local Smerwick Harbour and means Black Rock.
Blue Rose is an Irish Pale Ale with a light refreshing mouthfeel and a long lingering citrusy finish from the dry hopping with American Cascade. This was our first beer in the Renegade series and the name reflects something that does not occur naturally but once created is quite beautiful. 5%ABV
Festive IBA is an Irish Black Ale blending the bitter notes of roasted barley with the robust fruity hoppiness of American Summit hops. 5.7%ABV
This beer was originally brewed for the Dingle food festival and we thought the name should be as festive as that day was.
Antipodean IPA is an effort from Daniel, the Australian head brewer with us, to bring the bold flavours of Australian Galaxy hops into a worldly beer. This is a Bold IPA brewed with 100% Munich malt for a rich biscuity flavour juxtaposed with a strong hop bitterness with flavours of stonefruit and winegums. 6% ABV
The name Antipodean reflects the origins of the ingredients in this beer.
Riasc is the name of the townland that the brewery is located in and in the naming of this range we are reflecting the terroir of the botanicals picked from the brewery garden and surrounding area.
Riasc Gold (Summer Ale) is a very malty golden ale brewed with an addition of fresh rosehips from the garden. This malt forward beer blends the rich malts with bitter fruit and subtle hops beautifully. 5.5%ABV
Riasc Red (Spring Ale) is a smooth red ale brewed with an addition of elderflowers and rosehips from the garden to give a well balanced ale with a floral finish. 5.5%ABV
Riasc Black (Autumn/Winter Ale) is a rich heavy porter brewed with an addition of Blackberries and Black Currants from the garden. This gives a mellow tart finish to the bold chocolate and coffee flavours. 6.1%ABV

Vintage Ale is a complex dark ale that builds and morphs over time. Brewed with 6 types of malt, 5 types of hops and an addition of elderflowers this beer has something for everyone. Perfect for enjoying next to a blazing hearth. 5.7%ABV
