It is with tremendous pleasure we announce our golden ale Béal Bán has been awarded this prestigious award. A lunch in Sussey Street restaurant Dublin on the 8th March served a menu showcasing products from all the winners. There was smoked eel, cheese and yogurt on offer. I attended with my daughter Maude and we not only enjoyed the food but also meeting so many lovely people involved in the food world of Ireland. Being interviewed by Katy from LovinDublin and Suzanne Campbell for Drive Time Radio One were a surprise. I hadn’t realised the level of interest generated by the award.
