Rengade Range

Beoir Chorca Dhuibhne

The genesis of this series came with the idea to throw out our own rule book – the rules being with the emphasis on the barley, malted and un-malted. With nothing more satisfying than breaking a few rules we thought to experiment with dry hopping. This is a process of adding a ‘tea’ of fresh hops to the conditioning tank and bringing more of there flavors to the beers.

Our Renegade Range Beers

Blue Rose Case of 10 3

Blue Rose – Case of 10

An IPA and part of our Renegade Series. A pale and slightly opalescent ale brewed with the addition of American cascade hop and further dry hopped in the conditioning tank leaving a refreshing, clean citrus and slightly grapefruit finish. Its intense and balanced flavour make it a great thirst quencher – 5% ABV.

Beer Blue Rose

Blue Rose

Blue Rose is an Irish Pale Ale with a light refreshing mouthfeel and a long lingering citrusy finish from the dry hopping with American Cascade. This was our first beer in the Renegade series and the name reflects something that does not occur naturally but once created is quite beautiful – 5%ABV

Lovely pub all clad in wood, with welcoming fireplace we appreciated so much in a cold rainy day. Very nice staff and delicious craft beer! Also it should be said that this place is not just pet friendly, but rather pet loving! My dogs were both treated like princesses, offered a bowl of fresh water and even a soft dog bed for each to rest on. When we’re in Co. Kerry again, we’ll be back for sure!

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful area for a very peaceful break. Got to spend some time getting hands on in the brewery which was brilliant and the accommodation was really nice. The pub and beers are excellent. Well worth a visit.

Quirky little place, with cosy interior, cute garden, cool pieces of art & AMAZING beer. Tried 6 different real ales – ALL top notch, including a golden ale with corriander seeds, a very drinkable mild, and an incredible porter aged in whisky barrels. Wow. How i wish this was my local

A proper local pub that has its own microbrewery. Locals sitting at the bar will most often be speaking Irish and the stained glass panel in the pub is beautiful.
