As part of The Dingle Food Festival we are delighted to be hosting a Beer and Platter event Friday 30 September 5:30 – 6:30. Jess Murphy from Kai Restaurant in Galway is coming along with her Relishes and Chutneys to pair with some Black Pudding and Pork Sausage Rolls, Pork and Prune Roulade, Cheese and Butter and some Pitta bread all from local producers here on the Peninsula. ( Micilīn Muc, Annascaul Black Pudding, Dingle Farm, On the Wild Side and Bácús Bakery ) We have brewed our All Seasons Gruit with garden botanicals including nettle and meadow sweet. A commemorative beer remembering Pádraig Brick (15 September 1963 – 6 October 2001) This is just our second time brewing this beer and as usual we delight in playing with the botanicals available in the garden! As part of our Riasc Range it joins the others in that series where we add various plants and berries.
