The collector’s range is a limited edition. These are where we experiment with flavours and processes to produce one-offs and if we like them, we add them to the rotating series of beers we offer.

Barrel Aged Carraig Dhubh

Amongst that range are Barrel Aged Carraig Dhubh, which is aged in bourbon whiskey barrels from the Dingle Distillery.

Quirky little place, with cosy interior, cute garden, cool pieces of art & AMAZING beer. Tried 6 different real ales – ALL top notch, including a golden ale with corriander seeds, a very drinkable mild, and an incredible porter aged in whisky barrels. Wow. How i wish this was my local
