Beoir Chorca Dhuibhne
The original beer was red which became Cúl Dorcha, then came Carraig Dhubh a porter because we like the sound of the word as opposed to stout! The aim was to develop a smooth mellow beer which we feel we have achieved. This comes from the amount of Chocolate malt used in the grist. (malt crushed to make mash for brewing.) Last in this series is a golden ale – the very popular Béal Bán.
